Terra Brook Homes makes $10,500 donation to the Collingwood G&M Hospital

Crestview Estates has become a home to many families over the past few years. Located in ‘Ontario’s 4 Season Playground’ there are several wonderful things this area has to offer. From cycling to skiing, swimming to hiking, there are no shortages of activities to enjoy. Crestview Estates and the Town of Collingwood are steadily growing communities, and building homes in this beautiful area is only one factor that contributes to its overall well-being. Terra Brook homes not only builds homes but is proud to support its communities, and one important measure that we can take in ensuring families stay active and healthy is by supporting our local hospitals.

Over the past few years, we have realized more than ever how important healthcare and infrastructure is to a community. Unfortunately, “The government does not fully fund healthcare in Ontario, and this is particularly evident at the CGMH. Over 90% of the equipment and technology in the Hospital is funded by donations” comments Jack Marley, Collingwood Hospital Foundation Chair. For all of our existing families in Collingwood and for families to come, Terra Brook Homes wants to ensure healthcare services and the necessary infrastructure are readily available.

By providing support to the Collingwood G&M Hospital (CGMH), our local healthcare professionals will acquire the tools they need to help get you or your loved ones on the road to recovery and back to an active, healthy lifestyle. “Terra Brook Homes has made a $10,500 donation to the Collingwood Hospital in honour of the Crestview Estate Homeowners” said Corey DiCarlo, owner of Terra Brook Homes “We feel healthcare is the backbone in our communities and we are honoured to support. We are committed to our clients and feel it is important to give back to the communities in which our families are living in.” This donation will support the purchase of new state-of-the-art patient beds at CGMH. These new beds come with advanced safety features like bed exit and position alerts as well as floor projected alarms. Each bed arrives with a $15,500 price tag.

We hope that you will consider joining us in supporting local healthcare and donate to the Collingwood Hospital. For more information on the impact of your donations to CGMH, please visit https://cgmhf.com/your-impact or click HERE to donate.
